Basic Methodology of Training :

"At ... [the] training site, all training activities center on formalized language learning, the host family experience, and technical, cultural and language exercises emphasizing community involvement. These experiences are integrated with a series of safety and security, health, bike, and cross-cultural sessions. These sessions are designed as a forum for teaching specific skills and for sharing information that will be necessary to function well as a Volunteer in a particular job assignment."
